3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

4. Principal Protection

Predikt operates on a free model. You never need to deposit any money. You earn points and only bonus rewards earned through the platform are at stake when making predictions. This model ensures Sharia compliance and protects users from losing their capital.

5. Predictions and Events

When participating in prediction events:

• All predictions are final once submitted
• Event outcomes are determined based on publicly verifiable information
• We reserve the right to void or cancel events in exceptional circumstances
• Rewards are distributed according to the rules specified for each event

6. Deposits and Withdrawals

Regarding financial transactions:

• Deposits can be made via supported payment methods
• Minimum and maximum limits may apply
• Withdrawals are processed within the stated timeframes
• We may require identity verification for certain transactions

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to manipulate or exploit the system
• Create multiple accounts
• Share your account with others

8. Sharia Compliance

Predikt is designed to comply with Islamic finance principles. Our model avoids gharar (excessive uncertainty) and riba (interest) by protecting user principal and operating on a reward-based system. Our operations are reviewed by qualified Islamic scholars.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Predikt are owned by us and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our platform without our express written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Predikt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms or engage in prohibited activities. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.
